Products

All products are 100% handmade, therefore small imperfections are expected. All pictures are only used as references. Each item is crocheted separately and thus may vary slightly. Please measure your head and check out the recommended sizes before purchasing.

Prices

The prices shown do not include sales tax (VAT). For international orders, customers are responsible for paying additional import taxes or any other customs charges. Please inform yourself before purchasing as the prices on my website do not include them.

Shipping Policy

The shipping cost is calculated by checkout.

Small packages up to 0.6kg will be sent with Deutsche Post Premium (tracked).

For packages from 0.6kg or more, packages will be sent with DHL Standard Shipping (tracked).

Processing time for Ready-to-ship items is between 1-5 days.

For Made-to-Orders/custom orders, please allow 14 working days for items to be handmade.

The delivery time can take up between 1-8 weeks. Contact us via Instagram @boredpand4 if you have questions about shipping.

Return policy

Please note that there is no option for refunds, returns, or exchanges after the purchase. Once items are shipped, Boredpand4 cannot be responsible for packages.

If a package is returned to us due to customs issues, wrong address or the customer does not accept it, postage paid by the customer and any other extra fees will not be refunded. Discuss with me through IG: @boredpand4 or email: boredpand4@gmail.com for another way to resolve this issue.

Once the items are shipped, BoredPand4 cannot be responsible for packages. In the rare case that a package goes missing or is lost once shipped I cannot cover costs or refund for lost parcels. If a package is marked successfully ‘delivered’ but not found, there is a chance it may have been mistakenly taken or stolen from the residence after delivery and is then the responsibility of the owner/ renter.
