International orders

After orders are dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email with a shipment number.

If your package was shipped with Deutsche Post, please check inside/at your mailbox or your front door/porch.

For U.S customers, you can also use your tracking number on USPS Tracking

Domestic orders

All orders within Germany are shipped by Deutsche Post or DHL without a tracking link. 

Note for deliveries with Deutsche Post: Please check your mailbox the next days after you receive an email stating that your orders are dispatched.
